Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it.
No refunds or exchanges are available once an order has shipped.
Refunds may only be issued prior to shipment and are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover materials and processing time.
All U.S. shipments are 100% guaranteed.
For international orders, the buyer assumes all responsibility once the package has shipped, including loss or non-delivery.
Refunds will only be issued if all of the above conditions are met.
